Steven... VERY FRIENDLY, AND VERY FAST!!! I called Empire Towing late one night after
attempting several other towing companies in Mooresville, and got a quick friendly greeting
and response. Althought it was around 2am, Barry with Empire Towing came out and towed
my truck back to my house, after getting a flat tire on 77. I would highly recommend this

Michelle... Very fast service, and the driver was very helpful and helping me to get my car running
again. There was a lot of corrosion on my battery cables which prevented it from starting, and
he took the time to clean them for me and got the car started, which saved me a LOT of trouble.

Extremely good, quick & professional! A flat tire was not the way that I planned to start my
day especially with a 4 year old & 1 year old in the car. Luckily I knew of Empire and called
them. My call was answered -by a person, not a service- and the driver was immediately sent
to my location. When Barry arrived with his truck he was very courteous and professional,
as well as great with my kids. He let my 4 year old watch and explained everything he was
doing - she was very excited & impressed. The service was outstanding. My kids & I were
back on the road in no time! Empire is fantastic!

I had taken a day off work to do a ton of "real life" stuff that had to be done. Running from
appointment to appointment, of course I locked my keys in my car! I called my auto shop for a
referral and I am so glad they gave me Empire's number. Barry responded immediately, made
it across town in record time and opened the car within minutes. He was called to an accident
scene and rushed away with only a handshake. I would have paid double the going rate for
that level of service, professionalism and kindness. He made my day. Now Empire's number is

we were back on our way. It's so nice, as a single Mom, to know there are still really nice guys

Autumn...I NEEDED TO TRANSPORT MY NON-RUNNING 1 TON PICKUP OVER 100 MILES TO
MY SHOP. HAVING SPENT MANY DAYS AND HOURS PLANNING HOW TO TRANSPORT MY
TRUCK, AND ALL OTHER OPTIONS BEING EXHAUSTED, I GAVE BARRY AT EMPIRE TOWING
A CALL. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST CALL I MADE. BARRY MANAGED TO MAKE A
COMPLICATED AND STRESSFUL SITUATION EXTREMELY EASY. HIS DRIVER LOUIS WAS ON
TIME AND HE HAD THE VEHICLE LOADED AND ON IT'S WAY IN SHORT ORDER. LOUIS
DELIVERED AND UNLOADED THE VEHICLE EXACTLY IN THE CONDITION HE RECEIVED IT.
THE RATES WERE PERFECTLY REASONABLE AND WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY AND MORE.

CS Cherry...This company is the greatest. My mom was rear-ended and taken by ambulance
to the hospital. Empire Towing was called by the highway patrol to tow her vehicle and
landscape trailer. She had left some items in her vehicle that I needed to retrieve and when
I called to make arrangements to pick up the items, Barry with Empire Towing could not be
more friendly and compassionate. First thing out of his mouth was how was my mom, was she
alright and did she have any serious injuries???. He did not know me or my family from adam
and he seemed genuine with his concern and remarks. He helped us with every step, from
hauling the vehicle to bringing the vehicle to my home. He also recommended someone to
fix some of the damage and had an estimate ready, to hurry along the insurance process. I can
not say enough about the great service that I received from this company. If every company
was run like Empire Towing, we would all be in better shape. Barry and Empire Towing is a
company that I will remember and I would certainly recommend to everyone. I certainly hope
that I don't need his service again, but I would call him in a second....
